A.The original international shipping fee is non-refundable.
B.No restocking fee will be charged to customers for the returns.


2.How to Initiate Refund?

b). Enter your email address and initiate a new query.
c). Select “Refundissues”, describe your questions, upload photos which can clarify the issue, and submit the request.
d). Our customer representative will reply you within 24 hours for the update of refund.

3.When can I receive my refund?

After submitting refund inquiries, the Customer service team will confirm with you the refund details. Once the refund amount, the beneficiary account is verified, refunds will be initiated. Usually, the refunds will take 7-10 business days to your original payment account from the day refund was initiated.
